Definitely. Intel should release all the source code and documentation and in the future make sure that stuff like this, i.e. information about the lack of drivers for any specific OS is put at the top of the technical specs.
I was thinking that the funds for writing a 64 bit driver could be raised through crowdfunding, but since there is no documentation and no source code there is no point.
