I have workarounded this by rolling back the driver to the verision that is shipped with Windows 8.1.

Enable iaStorAV.sys in Services registry(by deleting StartOverride) and disable iaStorA.sys(by setting Start to 4-disabled).
- At least one of the RAID drivers must stay enabled! Otherwise you will get BSOD. Better prepare some recovery CD that allow editing registry (Kaspersky Rescue Disk or Windows boot disk) before experimenting.
- Intel RST software is 12.9.0.1001 and seems to work.
I'm not updating until Intel fix this.
