I have tried 1600 DDR that I have but BIOS will not respond. This is the memory I was trying to use (See below).
Looking at the E5-2603v2 processor spec I suspect that I can only use DDR3 1333 Mhz memory. One
question I do have is that it appears the processor handles the memory interface. Does the BIOS get involved
and ask the processor for acceptable memory types to use or does the BIOS have a lookup table for acceptable
memory based on the BIOS report on what processor is installed? I wish there was someway to get error codes
from the BIOS with out using the monitor (It doesn't work because of the memory issue. Any help will be appreciated.
