Thanks Joe. I just went to the shop where i purchased the nuc and had the worst experience with them. I stay in Penang and the shop is in KL. I was told by Intel toll free support that i can get a replacement unit if the purchase is less than 30 days which is but the shop do not honor that as they said their company policy is 7 days. Then i was told to pay for the courier charges which per the table they showed me is rm18 but later change to rm35 without any explanation. I m not sure what Intel can do with this kind of retailer. If there is any do let me know.
