VT-X Missing from i7-4930K?

I put a new build together with ASUS X79 Sabertooth board and Intel i7-4930K cpu and when trying to run virtualbox on the system, I get the error "VT-x is not available"

I checked the BIOS and VT is enabled but when I run the Intel Processor Identification Utility, I get the following:

It was my understanding that the 4930K supported VT but as you can see, the utility says VT is not supported and VT-x is also not supported.  I'm stumped as to how to move forward on this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Harry
